Used in Russia to help athletes, deep-sea divers, rescue workers and explorers utilized Eleuthero for its nourishment on the body and mind.
PREPARATION:
Add 1-2 Teaspoons to infuser or mesh bag
Pour 8 Fl oz of boiling water over the herbs
Steep for 7-10 Minutes or longer for more intense Medicinal benefits.
Drink as soon as symptoms arise and drink up to 2 times daily to aid in keeping symptoms under control. Do not exceed over 30 days of consistent use.
