WHAT’S THE TEA ON VALERIAN ROOT?

Valerian Root is an ancient herb used since the second century, Hippocrates himself used it to treat insomnia. Valarian has a long history of folklore with the story of the Pied piper using the odor of Valarian root to lore the towns rats into the river to drown. In general, Valarian is good for nervous system ailments. Also good for menstrual cramps, High blood pressure, seizures.

PREPARATION:

  1. Add 1-Add 1-2 Teaspoons to infuser or mesh bag

  2. Pour 8 Fl oz of boiling water over the herbs

  3. Steep for 10-15 Minutes or longer for more intense Medicinal benefits.

  4. Drink up to 2 cups nightly within an hour before bedtime to aid in steady sleep. Do not exceed over 30 days of consistent use.
